14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Under EU law, you are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period.
This means that within the first 14 days after you’ve received your product, you can send it back to us and you will receive a refund regardless of the reason.
This rules applies to products that did not meet your expectations of were not of the quality you expected. If you don’t like the product you’ve received, please contact us about a refund. You can do so on info@deli.pics. For returns made as part of the cooling off period, you will have to pay return shipping yourself, and you must send the products back within 14 days of the moment you inform us of your decision to start a return. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must only be used to the extent that is required for you to reasonably evaluate the product. Please retain all original packaging in order to be able to return your product. Products that have been damaged or modified do not qualify for a return. We do not allow the return of products that were made to order or personalized. If you want to know whether this applies to the product you’ve purchased, please let us know.
If you’ve opted to receive a refund as part of the cooling off period arrangement, you will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving your message, or after we’ve received the product if that hasn’t happened within those 14 days. Unless mutually agreed upon otherwise, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during your purchase.
If you’ve opted to receive a replacement product, we will send you the replacement product as soon as possible after we’ve processed your returned product.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We use the utmost care to package and ship our products, but it is always possible that a product reaches you in a state that renders it unusable.
If you notice damage to the package upon delivery, please inform the deliveryperson and ask that they make a note of this. In a vast majority of cases, careless handling by shipping companies and couriers is the reason behind products getting damaged in transit. Please do NOT reject the package, as that will simply leave it stranded somewhere in the postal system. Instead, document the damage with photos that we can use to lodge a complaint with the shipping service and contact us as soon as possible but at least within 14 days. We will send you a replacement product as soon as possible, or offer you a refund if a replacement cannot be obtained within a reasonable time frame. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
EXCEPTIONS
Downloadable software products are not returnable. If you have trouble using your downloadable product, please let us know and we will assist you in getting the product to do what you want (as far as possible).
MISCELLANEOUS
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
